Welcome to Inspirit Designs. We take great care in hand-packing your jewellery to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping processes.
Standard Orders: Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Peak Periods: During sale events or product launches, please allow up to 3-5 business days for dispatch.
Custom/Made-to-Order: If an item is custom-made, please refer to the specific timeframe listed on the product page (typically 2-4 weeks).
Note: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate (or FREE for orders over $150).
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate.
Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days (Next business day for most metro areas).
We love our global community and ship to over 20 countries, including NZ, USA, UK, and Europe.
Standard International: $25.00 AUD.
Express International (DHL/AusPost): $45.00 AUD.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
To ensure the safety of your jewellery, we recommend a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the parcel.
Signature on Delivery: High-value orders may require a signature. If no one is available, a card will be left for collection at your local post office.
Authority to Leave (ATL): If you choose to have your parcel left in a "safe place," Inspirit Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, a re-shipping fee ($10 for domestic) will apply.
Every piece is inspected for quality before it leaves our studio. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us at andrew@inspiritdesigns.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
